The hotel was very clean. Stayed for 5 nights and it was squeaky clean. Also they provided complimentary glass bottles instead of plastic ones which was a pleasant surprise. The extra services inside the hotel was great too, they have transport services and massage parlours and a nail expert too, which my wife used.

Very comfortable room, I stay many times here I always enjoy my stay, bed is very comfy, toilet are very clean AC working so well everything was absolutely great, front counter staff was great, very polite with a smile and of course welcoming drink.i highly recommend this hotel to anyone, I will be back again in late July.

I think this is bang for the buck hotel in Pratunam area. Large space room which is totally incomparable to other hotels around in that area for that price range. It is little bit far from the busy Pratunam street shops area, but it's just 5 mins walk distance overall. Great comfortable place to enjoy with limited budget.

Location - The Phaya Thai Airport Link Station is within easy walking distance of the hotel. It is also near the bustling streets of Pratunam Market. There is also a 7-11 store nearby. Short stroll to Platinum Fashion Mall and BTS Ratchatewi Station. Room - Spacious for two people. Balcony with a faucet on the wall. Comfortable beds. Daily room cleaning schedule. Towels are changed daily too. Cool AC. Spacious wardrobe. Free two bottles of water every day. Swift check-in and check-out procedures. Comforting overhead shower with heater.

This not my first time in this hotel, I'm repeat customer, in fact now this hotel has improved every area then my last visit. All the front staff is very friendly attended all inquiries, housekeeping was excellent, bed was very good soft N nice falling sleep as soon as laying down. Rooms are big good lighting in the room. Toilet is good too.keep it up good work management.

The location is close to BTS Phaya Thai which linked with Svarnabhumi airport train, Pratunam Market, Platinum, Indra Square, just 2 stations away from BTS Mo Chit (Chatuchak Market). The room is tidied everyday, free mineral water, they even have scale to weigh your baggage at the lobby. The room is spacious and clean and so is the bathroom, it was an amazing 5 night stay with cubic, will definitely stay here next time. The staff is awesome too! They also offer local tours at the lobby, a lot of tuk tuk in front of the hotel 👍👍

Staff was really welcoming, trustworthy, friendly and always greeted me with warmth. Always ensuring if I needed more water or room service whenever I leave my room. Even if I didn't need room service I'd always find myself coming back to my room neatly tidied up after a long day out. I also had my things out and nothing was stolen. Bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. Really close to 7-eleven. Walkable distance to Tofu Skincare, The Platinum Fashion mall and nearby markets. If you do aircon pit stops you'd be able to walk all the way to Big C Supercenter and Central world.
